Health and Safety Statement

Earthwork & Site Solutions aims to maintain a functional Health and Safety policy, whereby all activities will be conducted in such a way as to ensure, so far as is practicable, the health and safety of all employees, contractors and others who may be at risk while working on any Earthworks & Site Solutions project.

This goal is to be accomplished by the application of a systematic strategy of planning, implementation, controlling and reviewing the company's Occupational Health and Safety Systems, inclusive of policies, procedures and work practices.

The company strives towards the prevention of work place injuries, illness and disease and the establishment of a working environment that is safe and without risks to health and/or safety. Earthwork & Site Solutions management will, as far as is practicable, ensure that:

• relevent legislation requirements are met through the systematic identification, assessment and control of known hazards, and
• relevant policies, procedures, information, instruction, training and supervision are adequately provided for company employees.

Earthwork & Site Solutions management recognises the important contribution employees play in the effective management of company healthy and safety. All employees are therefore actively encouraged to communicate with management on such issues, either directly or via supervisors.
